Charge credit card without permission, never offer any services Ripoff

This company is charging my credit card account without my permission. I have no idea why I'm paying money on monthly basis. I think they started charging me when I bought tickets through Ticketmaster 4 months ago. I've never signed any agreement. They stole my credit card number and collecting my money. It's not too much but I've never recieved any e-mails about what I could get for these money. So, I'm disputing these charges with my credit card company.
