Can never contact them concerning items I purchased from there site and didn't recieve, ripoff

I have placed two seperate orders with this company... in the first order I recieved part of the order and haven't recieved the rest.in the same order one of the cds was missing from the case. The second order I have yet to recieve...

I have tried to contact them on several occassions via telephone and either no one answers or I get a recording that says call back in a couple of ours... I have also tried to contact them via email and got no response
