I booked a private limo tour of Manhattan for 4 people with this company. I had to pay for it in full ahead of time, but I was assured that if anything happened, I would receive a full refund. My father got sick and so I cancelled the tour.

I received a fast response and was assured a credit would be processed that weekend. It has now been 5 weeks and I have not received the credit, nor have I received any type of response to numerous e-mails or phone calls. I am simply being ignored.

This amounts to stealing. Now I am working with my credit card company to get the tour credited.

I will be much more careful in the future of prepaying the entire amount up front. Beware when being asked to do this. You may not get your money back if something happens.
