Ripoff dishonest rude theives appeard genuine untill asked to do as promised ebay Internet

I had the miss fortune of trying to buy my son a power rangers dvd from the onecentoutlet,

I won the bidding on the 2nd of feb and I paid the instant the auction ended $9.50, I didnt get any conformation etc for weeks, when I politly remined them of this I got an apologetic e-mail explaining that she had just had a baby and this had caused the delay,

So I waited again, another few weeks passd yet still no disk so I contacted again this time they suggested I contact my post office and the customs office, a week later I advised them there was no sign of the disk,

I had at this point waited 6 weeks, I started to complain, at this point they advised if I wait 1 more week they will refund me in full if the disk dosnt arrive as they seemed genuine I gave them 2 more weeks

At this point they stopped talking to me, I got no replys to any of my e-mails, so I opend a dispute with e-bay and finaly we had contact again, but they didnt send the refund they stated that they dont do refunds, this outraged me but still I dogedly kept a friendly dialog going in the hope this matter would be resolved but they started to get very rude insulting
so I left negitive feedback for them 9weeks after the auction had ended, for my trouble they have left me negitive,

As I said to them, I will warn any of you who might buy from these people, their word means nothing, they are rude and untrust-worthy, If you dont get your product dont expect anything from them after all I didnt even get an apology
