Total Ripoff on Refund Policy I have Waited over 3 Weeks! Internet

I am here to say that Survey Scout does not refund your money as promised in their agreement. I requested a refund after doing surveys for a month for absolutely nothing. So I decided to ask for a refund. I followed there instructions and this closed my account as well. It also states if you dont want to wait longer dont contact them as your name will be put on the bottom of the list. OK so I didnt contact them. It has been over 3 weeks.

I feel like I have waited long enough! I would like my money back as stated in your guarantee.
