They stole my moneys and never sent ANY tickets

I ordered two tickets from webtickets.com for a sold-out benefit show in Pittsburgh by Bruce Springsteen. I paid for the tickets ($1320.) with my American Express card. They charged my card 5 days later, but never sent the tickets. When the charge appeared on my credit card bill, I called them.
I was told that they "only had a PO Box and couldn't deliver to that." They claimed to have called me "several times" to get a new address and "left multiple messages." The phone number I gave them was my office and only one person answers the phone. She says no one ever called me regarding tickets. They also had my e-mail address, in that I had received an immediate acknowledgement of the order, but they never attempted to contact me that way either (I had ordered online.) I received nothing in the mail, either. I asked for a credit on my credit card and they refused, offering only a "store credit." Since I rarely buy tickets, I asked that they issue a credit on my credit card, but they refused.
I called my credit card company, and they negotiated a refund of $1056., allowing webtickets to steal $246. Of my money. I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta and found that they have several claims against them, many of which they have ignored. I also noted another person on usacomplaints.com had been lied to as well.
These are dishonest people and I would encourage anyone who is looking for tickets to find other brokers who are HONEST.
