Ripoff unauthorized use of credit card

I joined Cloumbia House because i wanted to order movies, so i signup to receive 5 dvd's, and order 5 more within a year or two. Well i started receiving movies in the mail that i hadn't order, so i went to their website to see if i could find out why i was receiving these movies.

Well in (my account info) there was a check box that said (click the check box to turn off automatic send), or something to that effect. (That's why i was receiving those movies) So i put a check in the box and clicked save my info, but the movies kept on coming to my mailbox, so i went back to their website and went back to (my account info) thinking i had done something wrong, but the check box was no longer there.

I e-mailed Columbia House with this message:

Dir Sir,

When I first signed up for this service, there was a check box somewhere on your site that said (click the check box to turn off automatic send), or something to that effect. What happen to it.

Below is there reply:

our Order Only Plan. While we are unable to
transfer your account to this plan, we do offer
alternative methods to respond to your selection
card.

You may return the selection card via U.S. Mail,
respond to your card by calling 1-800-262 or
log into your account online, to advise us of your
wishes.

Although you are not required to purchase the
automatic selection of the month, you must respond
prior to the date printed on the card. If we are
notified before the specific date, the current
selection will not be automatically shipped. You
may call 1-800-262, toll-free or respond
online at: http://www.ColumbiaHouse.com

My reply back:

I'm a very busy person, and I might forget to do what your email suggest, and I don't have time to keep sending movies back that I didn't order. So on that note, how do i go about cancelling this account with your company?

After my account was cancelled my credit card was debited for $109.00 with out my premission.
