We're having a experience wth Hillis Public Adjusters. Your reduction state has become 2 1/2 weeks old and nothing has been completed. I've been informed by Hillis adjusters that people can't begin any repairs before situation is likely to be solved. It's nearly 2 1/2 month with no improvement about the situation.in the first times they'd months of setbacks with scheduling visits with State Park. I'd to contact them repeatedly to demand visits for weeks. They lied and blaimed Statefarm due to their own Hillis setbacks and clutter. 3 different adjusters during 3 appointments without any idea about the prior info - T Gulledge, R Palaia, T Winter. Every visit - the insurer unfamiliar with the home, case-history and specifics to describe the problem. Throughout the first visit additionally they recommended us the providers that don't required stating that insurance can pay for this later. We didn't acknowledge for this. During the whole 2 weeks Hillis wouldn't return some of my telephone calls so when they achieved it was usually I actually donot understand whats performing on. Your assigned insurer R. Palaia does not react to immediate telephone call questions or e-mails, the woman Lynett Kirk or his helper Anthony Cassela only presents have a concept using the guarantee he may return our telephone calls. I had been rying to stop the agreement and contact Robert Hillis without any sucsess. NO support, no-check, but based on my insurance company, the Statefarm organization did shut the situation and Hillis cashed check on problems on November 16.
