Overcharge

AAA Public Adjusters aka Ace Public Adjusters are overcharging me for services. Our agreement was 35%. They are charging me an extra $2400.08 for emergency services. However, I paid emergency service directly. AAA does not want to refund the money to me. My insurance company forwards them the check and I’m supposed to sign off on it so they can get their share. However, they are not including the $2400.08 that should be given to me but instead having it as a part of their payment. I have the cancelled check that was paid to the emergency service company, and I still have not heard from the public adjusters as yet about correcting this problem. My daughter is currently staying with me and is expecting a check in March and I still do not have any heat due to this problem. I also need the bathroom floors repaired ASAP because it is extremely weak. I need my payment so I can get my repairs complete.
