Your lucky if you got a response to your e-mail... I wrote 2 and never got. Response... Been calling them everyday for a week and your on hold and no one ever picks up e call... I never got an order confirmation by e-mail. I am gong to call my Visa and make sure I wasn't charged Nd then I am going to file a dispute if they did charge me since I can't talk to anyone... Their customer service sucks. I have been on hold for 10 minutes right now so once again am hanging up... Anyone that received their orde from this company... Consider yourself lucky!
