White Vinyl Fencing

I ordered white vinyl fencing for my property on September 5 from Stephanie Zappitelli with USAVinyl, LLC via telephone. It arrived late on Friday, September 14, and the order was offloaded from three pallets by two North Park Transportation drivers, as well as my daughter and me. As we were offloading the fencing, we all noticed that it was scratched, marred and discolored, and I noted this on the freight ticket before signing. The next morning, on Saturday, September 15, I took representative photos, and I communicated with USAVinyl by leaving voice mail messages and sending emails. On Monday, September 17, Stephanie Zappitelli responded. We had one phone call, and exchanged emails between September 17 and 24. She stated that the company was denying responsibility and blamed the freight company. I filed a complaint with the freight company, and the manager came to do an inspection. He found that the damage was caused by poor packing prior to shipping, and he issued a report on September 24, which I forwarded to the company. They refused to acknowledge the report, and they refuse to help me or stand by their warranty. No member of management will return my call. Now, all of my calls from my cell phone are blocked and are sent directly to voice mail. I cannot install this product, as it is damaged. Further, because this fencing cannot be installed, it has caused construction delays with regard to my landscaping, and now it is not complete. I am out all money without reimbursement and the ability to purchase a new fence from another company.
