Installed fencing that feel down within two years

Atlas Fence installed fencing at Oxford High School, and the chain link fabric fell off within 2 years, because the ties holding the chain link fabric to the rails do not hold well. (I can pull on the fabric with one hand, and the ties will pop off) Atlas refused to repair the fencing at no cost, and the school had to hire Walsh Fence to repair the fence. I have heard that a school in Brookfield Ct had the same problem with fencing installed by Atlas.
