Incompetent, scary staff

The staff at this location are completely incompetent and rude. I'm not sure how they still do business here, especially after a shooting occurred at this location by an employee.

But, when you can break up a group of Lowe's employees to ask them a question, they probably won't have an answer for you. Any time I have gotten "help, " it has caused more trouble for me bc the employee has provided the wrong information, overcharged me, or completely botched a big order for an installation/delivery. Watch out for Naser (kitchens) = incompetent scary and vindictive when his mistakes had to be corrected.
