Lowe's - Ordered Countertop

Our counter-top was not ordered until a week after we have purchased it and then we were told that they did not have the measurements we requested for and so we had to change it to what was available. It took another week to get an ETA and this was after we made several phone calls to follow up with Lowe's. Staff are incompetent but thank goodness the quality of furniture and appliances are great.
