Stay away from these crooks

I had been gong through my mortgage statement lately and discovered the was a cost about the statement for Property Assessments. It wasn’t to get a fortune, just $27, and so I named them-and requested them why it was about the statement, they stated “It was a cost they placed on my bill for having somebody drive-by my house to ensure if we're still living below. They stated they are doing it for those who get behind on the mortgage to ensure they're still-living there also it was within our agreement. Our mortgage was recently offered to Nationstar Mortgage from Aurora Mortgage which hasn't been completed before and that I existed as of this home since 8/1997. I mentioned it wasn't section of my agreement plus they stated it was and also the only means they are able to challenge this really is with a hand-written notice delivered to their organization to check on engrossed. To begin with, how do you realize that anyone went by my home actually, subsequently isn’t that the breach of my privacy rights and of course cable fraud?
