I purchase the Direct Vent Gas Fireplace in Nov at a very reduced price. The product was in excellent shape when it arrived, but the additional stack was the wrong size. It took a couple of weeks to make the correction... But was completed by Hearthside at no additional cost to me. I am very happy with the product and the service from Hearthside. I have purchased from them before and recommend them to others.
