My daughter is asked to put down a 2250 deposit to secure a unit. They take the money and then rent to someone else. Then they "bait and switch" from second floor unit to Fifth Floor walkup (saw that one coming didn't you). Oh, there was also the request to wire $10,000 to secure that lovely Fifth Floor walkup. We fled the scene, but now six weeks later, cannot our 2250 back. I emailed Jerry Weinsten, the president. We exchanged multiple emails, but he says "the landlord has the money". Hmm, I thought the usual story was that the "dog ate it". Stall, lie, stall, lie.

Run, do not walk away from this company.
