As a first time home buyer, the whole process with Mortgage Service Network as been a complete nightmare. I understand that part of the problem was the loan process, but all could have been alot less stressful, if the people working on it hadn't of lost (thrown away) our paperwork, waited to the last minute to get anything from us, and never ever kept us in the loop on anything. Don't waste your time with this place, they won't go out of their way to make their job and your life any easier.
