NO Quality Assurance

Right from the start they were high pressure to sign a contract, make dozens of promises to do with a follow up. Once you sign the contract - good luck getting a hold of them it took me 10 days. Then when they do the work there is no quality control, they will ask YOU if it was done right on a piece of paper because the man who handed me the contract paper barely spoke enough English to understand me. He left then the duct work was put in and no one from JES did a quality control check. I told them after they did my crawlspace that someone needed to check the dehumidifier cause I don't think it is working right - no one will call back, at least not yet. This costs way too much for the crappy service - I do not recommend them find someone who cares about the customer more than just making a buck.
