Worst, worst, worst, horrible, terrible shopping experience on the web

I believe this kind of company must be collapse totally. I ordered air conditioner on 6/12 and not yet shipped until now 7/14! Their web site says that the item will deliver within 2 weeks. It is totally lie. They have no stocks in their warehouse, but they sell the items as if they have hundred stocks. They never notice advance when the item will ship and deliver. Even, they don't know when they will ship. If you shop on this website, you will experience the worst ever.
