No customer service skills at all-decor glamour - beware - tissue holder

I placed an order about 3 months ago order number 3194 web order number 23325 for a tissue holder and metal tray. I did not recieve any information. I found out by calling that my items were out of stock. I sent several emails requesting to cancel. No one ever responded to any of my emails - i called and was told everyting was ready to ship - a week or so later i got the tray and was charged for both the tray and the tissue holder. The tissue holder was on back order for 6 more weeks. I decicded to wait. I am sorry i did. Remember i got charged for the entire order&never had that happen before. 6 weeks later i get the tissue holder and was charged again. The company has no customer service skills what so ever. I have left two messages and sent several emails. There has been no response at all. I have now requested a charge back from my credit card company and have filed a complaint with that states better business bureau. Stay clear of this business... The service is horrible
