It had been 2 yrs of nightmare dwelling like a resident / operator @ Rosewood Landscapes because of the proven fact that the panel people seem to not worry about the resident owners. The organization attempts to perform regular conference in a public environment in a nearby eatery that will be saturated in only disfunction. Although I had been living there the top lanai collasped iinward also it required many months waiting on repairs while unique evaluation of $2700. Was evaluated on my device for repairs.

Organization was slow at common-area repairs and swimming was shut for someday due to many signal violation.

Many reviews of vandalism to typical places while I existed on-property. Location is just a chaos; therefore my guidance is move on.
