I have been living in the building since August. They lied and told me there is Security on the premises. To date there is
NO heat
No repairs
Rodent and Bud infestation
Trash is hurled over the balcony into one dumpster that lies below. This is how all 100 apartment occupants are to get rid of trash
They charge everyone different rent
The community officer at the local precint told me in December The police have been called to the building 27 times in the last 6 months.
There are pages of License and Inspection reports that include violations
They had over a MILLION dollars in gas bills from when they STOPPED paying PGW
TURN (Tenant Union Representative Network) are very familiar with this organization and continued resident complaints.
Never ever rent from this slum lord...
