Faulty shingles

Had your shingles put on in 1996 by a contractor in which i had a big addition put on at the same time using the same shingle warranty for 25 years and they are balding breaking off and the gravel is filling my gutters badly let alone they are curling and are very very brittle i followed your paper work you sent me and all i get is a run around now why should a person have to get a lawyer involved when one follows your rules to file a claim waiting for a reply to see what to do
