Overdue payments late

I waited more than 3 weeks for my check to reach from TransWestern Team and that I cant think just how many occasions I'd to call into my sales person Todd Wainwright who assured me the check was along the way of having cut every time I happened to contact.

Once The check eventually came my first intuition was to reward them for this, but why? They made me wait weeks... And so I chose to post this criticism.
