Wade Capital Management was approached by the TransWestern Group to act as the escrow company to handle the sale of my timeshare property in Orlando, Florida. Wade claimed to already have the funds from the buyer already in my escrow account. When the closing date arrived, after a reasonable wait, no payment arrived. Presently, both Wade Capital Management and TransWestern are not answering their phones or responding to e-mails.
