Aimco
Lost $350

Real Estate

Any recommendations can help. Whenever we requested Sunlight Lake Flats in Lake Mary, FL that will be an AIMCO organization, they requested to get a non refundable $100 software charge along with a $250 safety deposit. It was on 3/14. On 3/15 they named and stated we were authorized, but we required a notice from our companies. I'd the influenza and did not get into work until 3/17. Because Chris Cardon settled me in money, he did not wish to provide me the notice. After I tried calling the condo complex to inform them, the woman I had been dealing with was eliminated for that evening. I named Friday and she was eliminated again but I talked using the asst director and he was only a little annoyed that she explained I had been authorized with no evidence of work. He explained he'd contact me Tues. No body did and so I called them. She was out again after which named me Wed informing me the supervisor stated it had been ok that people might have the condo. This really is directly after we thought that people were not setting it up and didn't transfer. She explained that people might nevertheless transfer later and save the remains. I've been since that time looking to get the $250 back, plus they today today explained the ultimate decision is the fact that given that they kept the condo and we did not react by 48-hours that they can not be refunding the $350. I expected for evidence written down plus they stated they'd email me all the paperwork. Even when it had been written down about the application charge, the rental broker we were dealing with explained that it had been impending evidence of work. Just how can they simply consider $350? I am aware the $100 app charge! Any ideas?
