A $10 fee rquired to pay online bills after a certain period

There is a $10 fee that Citimortgage requires to be paid to them after a certain period when one pays bills to them online. This fee is very very unfair. Just like Bank of America's $5-debit card-fee and Verizon's recent $2-dollar bill-pay, lets totally get rid of this fee!
