Bogus Fee taken

I recently learned a home in Philadelphia. I came across a customer for that home myself. The customer required assist in the final from his Cousin who's a genuine estate broker for that company under consideration. Used to do not obtain any function in the agent or was I provided any aid at final. Following the final I realized that I had been billed $300.00 to get a conveyancing cost. I named and questioned what it was for, they might not provide a cause of any function done for me during closing. I also sent emails towards the operator of work Alan Stasson but he declined to supply grounds for that cost. I'm a senior and must-watch every cent to pay for my actual expenses. I think about this stealing and benefiting from an elderly person. Given that they had no component in promoting my house and didn't obtain any fee they appear to need cash anyhow, and also the cash was obtained right out at negotiation. Essentially they simply reached into my wallet and took $300.00. I might enjoy any support you are able to provide me. I attempted by myself and cannot afford a lawyer. Thanks Carol Biczel
