Suspected Scam

The corporation (consultantis title was allegedly Eugene Grain, however the addresses about the emails they delivered people were jesseyb and janetm) approached us and agreed to purchase our time-share. After I briefly (and vaguely) explained our time-share and choices, they delivered us a (for ~$30K - too-good and also simple to be accurate). The record was badly prepared. They assured the purchase of the holiday account, and required a-6% fee. Anything about that stunk of the fraud. They kept calling, and when I attempted to contact the telephone number back, it stated it had been disconnected. I responded by mail requesting a duplicate of the company license, property license, or any connection using the BBB. "Eugene" explained it had been against their firm's plan to talk about the business enterprise permit just before an arrangement being in position. Yes, right. I told them-not to make contact with me anymore. BEWARE! Do not spend your own time.
