Mayan Palace / Sea Scape Exchange
Holiday Equity LLC did not complete transaction

Vacation Collateral, LLC didn't finish the move of home pursuant to some agreement closed on August 31. The agreement required them to move my Sea Scape home out-of my title after cost of exchange charge and property taxes within the quantity of $80, required by them on 11/13. They've overlooked numerous telephone calls and written communication. I've copies of communication and evidence of achieving my responsibilities under the agreement.
