21st Mortgage
They need to be shut down

If anybody might help it'd be excellent. I've needed to demand (it required couple of years for them to conform) written down that 21st Mortgage end calling me via phone because they were calling and holding up numerous occasions per day; calling people who existed around me and informed them about my scenario; I've been named titles; I've been informed I have to browse around my residence for issues I will market to pay for them; they've proven up at my house. Today in the place of telephone calls I get 2-4 characters every time they write me. I've discovered that my mortgage isn't a mortgage which 21st may, evidently, do many of these issues without any option. I've reported about them towards the Better Business Office (they'll not take a), NYS Attorney General, nearby Property Authority - all to no avail. I want help coping with these creatures. They constantly lay (i.E. "We do not send consideration claims since we're a natural organization"; i.E. "We do not have administrators"). I've been informed that "We have no idea how our foreclosure procedure works once we do not really home mortgages - these are simple-interest rate loans." I also started my loan through Pursuit & was offered to 21st Mortgage. This is actually the total worst organization to have a mortgage from (or get offered to). If anybody available is considering financing through 21st Mortgage (or some of their affiliates) DON'T GET IT DONE!!! Please if anybody understands how to begin case, or in whatever way to obtain the mortgage from 21st, please post. I'm not really a "loss" or "reckless", I'm the typical American Resident that has been gradually dropping anything when I view my yearly pay decrease.
