About 10 years before I noticed a ad to refinance my house to get a lower-rate, which was 21st mortgage, they refused my request. Then next point I understand 21st has purchased my mortgage type Pursuit!!! Today I've to put on with continuous nuisance from 21st, they contact continuously, delivered intimidating characters, they attempt to place there insurance on my house, calling my loved ones, pals as well as at the office. I'm seldom over 2 wks late on the cost, nevertheless when you can the 10th time late, they truly transform it up, and obtain unpleasant & rude, hateful, only plain terrible! I actually donot understand how it's authorized for 21st to suppose my mortgage without my authorization then frighten me on the constant foundation, They utilize illegal selection methods, calling at the office, ect I've been coping with these criminals for 12 years.
