RBA-Deceptive Sales Practices and Inferior Product

My experience with RBA has been less than satisfactory. I was quote $1400 per window for what I was led to believe was a custom window. Short story, it was just a standard insert window that I could have purchased for about 1/3 of the price. The windows leak air, and are 10-15 degrees cooler than my other windows. They are quite ugly on the outside, with vinyl glued onto decaying wood frames. Each time they were on my property they left debris and broken glass. The company is unwilling to take the windows back or reduce the price. I have contacted the BBB and state Attorney General. I guess we are headed to litigation. I hope that I can save others from the nightmare I have experienced with RBA.
