Unfair number of days to withhold payment

They'll not launch my escrow funds totaling nearly $3,000 despite the fact that this mortgage was reduced with a LENDER CHECK which was delivered on April 1, they stated they didn't obtained it till April 12, once the additional lender obtained their check up on April 2. That said, they currently inform me I've to hold back thirty days. Why any check clears within 3 times. I'll let you know why, it is another method of earning money. Mine three great alongside others enables them to create attention on cash. To maintain the cash this long is theft! I'm so happy to be achieved with this specific bank and am today with my local branc lender.
