We made an offer on a FM owned single family (MLS# C7022837) in Port Charlotte, FL. The deadline was 5PM 5/3. The offer was cash and was clearly expressing our desire for quick closing. WE are waiting the SECOND WEEK for a decision! Meanwhile we received a counteroffer, accepted it within an hour and got a VERBAL acceptance, but NOTHING IN WRITING for NINE DAYS! We can't make offers on other properties, we can't make an inspection on this one, we can't go home home to CT to prepare for a movement! We are sitting in Florida, wasting time and money!
And I failed to fined on the Internet any contact information for FM's customer service or complaint department!
