Billy Wynn and his partner Tamara are realtors in Sherman Oaks and Encino. However they are horrible neighbors. About 2-3 times annually, they via a large loud party that moves all-hours with noisy rap sound and yelling party goers. As well as 2-3 times annually their puppy barks late in to the evening. Why might somebody purchase a house from somebody who is this type of disrespectful friend themselves?
