Leaky Shower, Does not honor word or work, Failure to repair, Inept jo

Wynn's installed a shower in the master bathroom of the house I purchased in May. On October 1, it was discovered that the shower was leaking. My builder, roommate, and myself contacted Wynn's several times. Wynn's made several appointments to come to the house to repair the problem. On 3 occassions, Wynn's never showed up for the scheduled appointment. When a Wynn's representative did show up, he did reinstall the shower; however, did not fix the leak.in fact, he created another leak on the opposite side of the shower. Sean Wynn and his wife then came over and fixed the leak on Friday, 10/31/08, and informed me that they would send someone out on the following Monday to replace all of the rubber strip on the shower. Sean Wynn said the rubber that had been used was not manufactured anymore, and should not have been used in the first place. On Monday, 11/17/08 I called Wynn's because I had yet to hear from them or have anyone come replace the rubber strips in the shower. Jennifer Wynn made an appointment with me for Thursday 11/20/08 at 6:00 PM. No one showed up. I called Jennifer Wynn at 7:00 PM to find out that she never wrote the appointment on her calander. We rescheduled the appointment for 2:00 PM the next day (11/21/08). No one showed up. I called several times; however, did not get an answer. I left a message asking to be called back immediately. I have not received a response. I called back on Monday 11/24/08 and left another message. I have yet to receive a response. During the coarse of this episode, my builder, roomate, and myself have learned that the Wynn's will not answer when they see our numbers on their caller ID. Several time we each have called from our phones and received no answer. We then immediately called from someone else's phone and got an answer from Jennifer Wynn. This problem with my shower has effected not only the shower, but my drywall, trim, and downstairs ceiling. This problem is covered under my builder's warranty; however, Wynn's is not interested in fixing their mistake.
