This company is ir-responsible and outrageous. John Pearson as the representative lied about the manhours and charges for plywood. He not only
took advantage of what was not possible to be specified in the roofing contract as the plywood replacement quantity was to be determined only after the old one was strip out. He wanted to charge me $23,382.75 for
total 60 square feet roof ply wood replacement.

After we challenged him and told him we went up to the roof and counted every piece he used. He then admitted he made mistakes. He cut down the price $6,000 but still is price gouging for the $ 96/pcs plywood usually cost $ 16.97 a piece maximum.

After 3 meetings with him, he claimed he needed to pay for the unbelievable insurance and the 300 hours labor. We told him it's separate issue to have to pay for business insurance that he should have us to pay for it. The Mexican labor he hired I would not think he pay them $ 50 per hour. He threatened to put a lien on my house. He never purchased the shingles I had paid for of $ 12,050. He never showed me the roofing permit and he damaged my landscaping and kitchen hood. He cannot be contacted by the phone number.
But the company license is still active.
