In the realestate auction me and my partner bought the property. We signed all docs needed. They told us that in 30 days we going to receive email with place where closing going to happen. But instead of that there was surprise that our property was sold to somebody else. Nobody contacted us. We found out about that online. Point is, we wanted that property and we where ready to pay same amount what other buyer paid, but unfortunately nobody told us anything. It is very strange how they operate. I'm just wondering how to file a law suit against them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
