We have searched high and low for a pool pump and filter system for our small aboveground pool. We were very happy to find tons of them at poolcenter.com. Well, they didn't have them all in stock. A nice woman, Nikki called me to offer some options. I could wait 4 weeks for the one I ordered, or I could sub to a different one. I really wanted the one I ordered, so I waited for it, even though they offered me 10% off any of the other models. Well, 2 weeks later to the day Nikki called me again and asked if I had received the pump/filter. I said no, but then looked outside and there it was on the porch!:-) So happy with the service and communication with poolcenter.com that I just wanted to share it. Thanks!
