The folks at poolcenter.com really have gone out of their way for me. I have been trying to find parts for my old pool heater for 6 weeks. Placed 3 (!) orders with other companies - who took my money, and then 1-2 weeks later, AFTER I called, told me they couldn't get it. One of them suggested I call poolcenter.com - (which I thought strange), but I did, and they told me that the part was obsolete, no longer made (wish I'd known that before!) - BUT! A very knowledgable "Mike" told me that I could use another part, from a similar style boiler. I trusted his advice, he sent me the item, and 4 days later, I am finally getting some heat into my pool! Love these guys! Just had to share...
