Good warranty, Bad customer service

We bought a euro clean mop from BJ's for a "discounted price". We saw another mop that did the same exact thing as this one at another store for 20 dollars less! Then after using the mop once it broke. We called Euro clean and they did not pick up after many minutes on the phone. We kept on calling until finally they picked up. The warranty is great though, we got our new mop head for free. We also did get a free cleaning towel worth $15 bucks though.
