Today, I had one of the best home improvement experiences with Empire Carpet Company. I was interested in removing carpeting from my house and replacing it with laminate or hardwood.

Although Dan was a little tardy for the appointment, it was worth the wait.

When he arrived, he estimated the measurements promptly. Realizing, that we did not exactly have any ideas concerning the look we wanted, he brought many samples. He was very patient with us as we discussed the pros and cons of the different types of flooring. I must say that after 2 hours of discussing our options with Dan we decided on the products we would use. Empire was very accommodating to our schedule and was willing to work with us on the pricing. I look forward to the results of the project. Thanks Dan!
