Not getting a bill

In the last 6-8 months I have not received a monthly bill from Lowes. And if I don't remember to automatically pay it now they are charging late fee of $25. I have talked with the billing dept several times but I still do not get any notice. I think for the high interest rates they charge the least they can do is send a reminder...
