I had 2 visits with this company. My home warranty company referred me to them. I had a frozen airconditioner inside and out. They told me my coolant was low but just a little. So they added the small amout to make it full. After trying to sell me their service plan that cost a few hundred dollars they left. After they left i talked to my neighbor who owns an ac company. He told me i cant have a leak bc its a closed system, so there is no reason for the coolant to be low. So i made another call and the techs came back a few days later. They did nothing else for me even when i asked for a pressure test of leak test. They said it could take all day looking for a tiny leak in a hard to reach location.
So i complained with my warranty company who said the leak test was covered! (by this time my unit had frozen over for a second time in 2 weeks) the warranty co sent a new service company called 'united air temp'. This new company came out and did the leak test in less than 15 minutes and had an exact location!

I was very mad that 'ars' made to visits and wasted hours of my time!
