Ronald Encarnacion of RDE Realty may be the many unprofessional and dishonest realtor I've previously experienced. First, Ronald outlined a house he, or vendors had any purpose of promoting. This MLS record was a fraud that I've documented towards the Florida Property Commission. The moment the property was outlined I named Ronald to see the home. He assured he'd contact me back and he never did. Subsequently for 3 MONTHS he declined to come back any telephone calls, overlooked texts, and overlooked emails seeking to see this home. We were subsequently compelled to make use of another broker to see the property – this method required another 3 months since he'd not work with this fresh agent’s demand to exhibit the home. We posted a preliminary offer with this home which Ronald Encarnacion and also the vendors dismissed – we obtained no reaction to this present, with no table offer was handed. 30 days later, we posted another present in the complete asking price – and also the vendors declined to react to this present aswell ….
