Has Wilson Encarnacion finally run out of "investors" to get money from? Encarnacion filed for bankruptcy in 2012 only to have some of his past lenders sue Encarnacion for fraud to block the bankruptcy court from discharging Encarnacion's debts to them (check the docket: NJ Bankruptcy: 12-32948) It's claimed he took investment money to live off and did not put it into the business.
