Terrible service, out to steal your home

My mom was diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago and as a result she was unable to mak her payments. I had co-signed on the loan, but Saxon never once contacted me to inform me of a problem. Two years ago I submitted paperwork for a loan modification. Every couple of months I would have to resend them all the paperwork again! I was told paperwork was lost, or needed to be updated or even once the rep handling the modification had supposidly died and no one contacted us! Finally after 2.5 yrs multiple calls and multiple complaints, I finally was in touch with someone who seemed to know what they were doing. Unfortunately my mom passed in March when I informed Saxon that she passed they told me I was no longer eligable for ANY type of modification because the property was empty! Finally I had to cash in my retirment so I could pay all the fees that racked up over the 2.5yrs we were jerked around... I did that in June would you believe they didn't send me a July bill! When I called them they said I would be assessed late fees if I didn't get a payment in right away, even though the rep confirmed that the company never sent the statement out! This a company of CROOKS!!!
