Fidelity Flat Fee
Are You Kidding Me?

I'm a broker with Re/Max. How on earth are all of the brokers who provide top quality service supposed to compete with Flat Fee "no service" MLS Brokers? Sure you can put it on the MLS and sure it might sell, and you might get sued! @#^$%

When you list with a flat fee company, you should plan on handling everything yourself... That's no easy task.

I am so sick of the industry allowing these guys to exist! As a very experienced California agent, I simply will not tolerate this any longer. I will be doing all I can to influence the MLS systems to NOT allow them to conduct business! Sure, an experienced attorney or mortgage person might be able to dot the eyes and cross the tees, but what if somehting comes up? Then what will you do. I am here to help you avoid costly mistakes... AND I"M WORTH EVERY PENNY I CHARGE!

I think if we all put enough effort on the MLS systems to not allow this type of participation, we might get somehting doen.

If the MLS systems keep allowing this, and the public wants no service or little service, they can have it. I for one will be looking for a new job!!!
